Remi RQ-127/D Stirring Digital Emulsifier comes with a stirring shaft of 8 mm in diameter and a length of 240 mm. This digital emulsifier has a stirring capacity of 8 litres. It has 4 cross-blade impellers with a maximum speed of 6000 rates per minute. The product also has a digital speed indicator. The stirrer has a specially designed brushless AC variable speed stirrer that is driven by a frequency inverter so that a speed can be reproduced with any load.
Remi RQ-127/D Stirring Digital Emulsifier is used for mixing water and oil as it causes less friction between molecules of oil and water. In this additive, there are two parts, one that is attracted to water, while the other is attracted to oils. These portions ultimately create an evenly distributed substance that comprises both the ingredients, known as emulsions. Therefore, the digital emulsifier is widely used for mixing oils, creams, and lotions. Due to the presence of the cross impellers, the emulsifier is able to spin at a great speed.
