Loctite® Brushable Ceramic is a two-component, wear and abrasion resistant, highly cohesive epoxy coating. This unique formula fills voids on metal to create a solid bond that improves adhesion, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Optimizes performance by filling all surfaces where heat and friction are generated for maximum strength. Use gears, sprockets, chains or any critical component where continuous high pressure and stress must be applied.

The ceramics provide maximum protection against both wear and corrosion. This high-performance product has high compressive strength, corrosion protection, wear resistance, anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion capabilities. It has an ultra-smooth brushable consistency which makes it ideal for wet on wet or dry on dry applications. The specially engineered two-component system produces a smooth, ceramic filler-rich liquid which can be brushed, rolled or sprayed onto surfaces commonly found in marine hardware applications to provide a protective barrier against corrosion. This brushable ceramic coating is ideal for marine and industrial applications that require excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. It can be applied using a brush to all surfaces including coated steel and aluminium, fibreglass, bronze and stainless steel.
