Finolex 2.5 sq mm 90 m Red Flame Retardant (FR) PVC Insulated Industrial Cables-10305 is of single core construction. It has a nominal area of 2.5 sq mm, a thickness of insulation of 0.8 mm and a voltage grade of 1100 volts. It is available in 90 m cable lengths with copper conductor material and black PVC insulated, unshielded jacketing. Large diameter of conductor strands, heavy duty PVC insulator and heavy sheath provide excellent mechanical protection against damage withstanding high pulling forces, differential expansion and abrasion without separating from the conductor resulting in damage to insulation and exterior sheath. Further, these products have good flame retardance quality.
It is used in industrial electrical applications like motors, fans, lifts and other equipment which require high-temperature resistance and flame retardancy. The unique PVC jacket has excellent creep resistance at high and low temperatures and good cold stability, abrasion resistance and weathering resistance. These cables are manufactured with low smoke emission and offer high mechanical flexibility and flame resistance. They are thus suitable for indoor applications such as electrical distribution boards, control panels, telecom enclosures and metering equipment.
