The AU-50XT PA Driver Unit is the ideal solution for applications requiring a high SPL. A rugged die-cast aluminium acoustic head with flange provides maximum rigidity in a lightweight unit. The 1”ID and 1/4”OD threads allow this driver to be easily mounted in any enclosure or speaker casing with standard threads; it fits all common 1” diameter ports and 4” diameter ports with no internal modifications required.
It features an acoustic head in die-cast aluminium that fits flush with the edge of your enclosure, allowing for uninterrupted coverage at the edges and corners of your stage area. This allows you to position the unit on top of other equipment or walls, eliminating obstructions and limiting any dead space left behind.
This unit has been designed to power up to 8 x 8" loudspeakers, with a bass reflex port that also directs sound to the rear wall and rear-firing speaker, allowing your stage system to extend further.
