Mda 100 mm 80 Grit Aluminum Oxide Flap Disc For General Applications (Pack of 10)

This Mda Flap Disc is made of Aloxide and is a great general-use grinder. It's 100mm X 16mm size is suitable for small grinding jobs, while its grit rating of 80 will last longer than a 36 grit disc. The metal grinding tool has a polypropylene backing that prevents premature speed loss, an aluminium oxide material that is highly durable, and an open construction that reduces material build-up. It has been designed to work as a Flap Disc, whereby it can be used on flat surfaces and produces large amounts of dust.  

The maximum temperature you can use this disc at is 900C. This is possible because of its unique Abrasive composition, made from Aluminium Oxide. The power tool has been specially formulated to ensure that the abrasive material does not lose its strength nor degrade at high temperatures. The tool has a special lubricant for a good processing capacity, which ensures that the abrasive remains permanently sharp and does not clog up.
