Berger Home Shield Seal-O-Primer is a liquid acrylic water based primer manufactured by Berger Paints and specially formulated for interior surfaces like walls, ceilings and floors. This house paint can be applied on new or old painting surfaces and also used as an undercoat in combination with a topcoat/finish coat. It is a waterborne binder that is low in odour, fast drying and easy to use with good covering power along with excellent adhesion properties. It is an exterior, interior and solvent based acrylic primer for drywall. It provides an excellent bonding surface for various top coat applications. It should be used on slightly rough or sanded gypsum plaster surfaces, not on damp or excessively smooth walls. It is a super tough, instant monocoat primer that dries to the touch in 20 minutes. It’s water based so it’s easy to clean up with soap and water.
