Berger Cement Primer Water Thinnable is designed to be used as an interior primer for cement-based products. This primer should be brushed on evenly and thinly to provide a smooth, even base for decorative finishes. It is a semi-matt finish, water-based primer formulated to provide adhesion to concrete, metal and other chemically treated surfaces. It creates a durable, flexible and long-lasting 'undercoat' that can be painted with any of our decorative paints. It is suitable for use on interior walls and ceilings as well as ceilings in toilets/bathrooms and kitchens. Formulating a bonding surface between the substrate and the subsequent coating, the house paint offers better adhesion when compared to other traditional primers.
