Dulux Alkali Bloc Primer is a one component, ready to use alkali resistant paint with an intercoat of unvarnished paraffin wax. It provides a high-performance finish for all interior walls, ceilings and floors. This versatile wall primer is designed to be used in the preparation of concrete walls, block and stone work surfaces prior to painting. It is a high solids alkyd/alkali primer with acrylic copolymer that can be used on walls and ceilings. It provides rich, deep-looking colour and excellent corrosion resistance over a wide variety of substrates. It penetrates deeply, sticks well and accepts two-part waterborne paints on both sides. The washable, semi-seamless finish, enhances the durability and consistency of walls by filling in any irregularities prior to top coating with Dulux WS paints or Dulux impregnators.
