The Dulux Water Based Cement Primer is an acrylic solvent free product, with a fast dry time and excellent coverage which gives a perfect base to any finish. The water-based primer has excellent UV stability under long term exposure and is suitable for interior or exterior use on concrete, brick and mortar as well as other substrates that need sealing. It is a paint which has been specially formulated for use as a basecoat on plasterboard prior to the application of Dulux Water Based Matt Emulsion in colour. It ensures that the walls are free from all dirt, dust, old paint and other contaminants that may prevent an even finish when it dries. It provides a water-resistant, smooth and hard-wearing surface, ideal to use as a base coat under most paints. It can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer.
