• MRF Vapocure V111 4 Ltr Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Epoxy is an epoxy based primer that is specifically formulated for use on Mild Steel. This primer can be used for both interior and exterior applications, however should never be used for coating Aluminium or galvanised steel due to the risk of galvanic corrosion
• The key to this product's success is in its formulation. MRF epoxy zinc phosphate primer has been designed and developed to be used as a single component, moisture curring, rust preventative and general purpose primer. The key components include:
• Application methods include brush, roller or spray. However due to its high viscosity when compared with conventional floor paints, it does require some care when applied using a brush. For best results we recommend using a roller or airless sprayer. When using a brush, we recommend using a larger sized brush with soft bristles and applying 2 coats of the product at 1 hour intervals.
