Nerolac Exterior Primer is a water white exterior primer for application on exteriors as a primer to exterior emulsions. It is suitable for application on wood or metal surfaces, field painted stucco, and concrete. It does not require any surface preparation prior to painting, but it can be used in conjunction with any of the following surface treatments: sanding, scraping, cleaning, priming and / or painting. This wood paint has low VOCs and meets California's waterborne paint regulation (CalGreen) constraints. This product is suitable for application on exteriors as a primer to exterior emulsions. It is ideal for new construction work as well as on old concrete, block and brick walls. When used in conjunction with bio- or water based acrylic or vinyl paints, one will achieve a high quality finish that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally friendly.
