The motor body is made of high-pressure die-cast CI that delivers the best combination of strength and weight while reducing overall vibration and noise levels. The motor mounting is designed to make it exceptionally easy to install and remove the motor. 1. The motor body of the pump is made of high-pressure die-cast CI. In order to increase the bearing strength and ensure that the motor can withstand the harsh working environment, we add an additional copper winding in the motor housing and apply a zinc coating over the copper layer. This winding has excellent heat dissipation capacity, ensuring longer life and reduced maintenance costs for motors. Our MP1 range of pump is a monoblock pump with housing made of high-pressure die-cast CI. It has a strong structure and high reliability, with an anti-rust treatment on the pump body and impeller. The high-quality copper winding offers efficient heat dissipation and prolongs the lifespan of the motor.
