The NBC Deep Groove Ball Bearing is one of the most popular bearings and has an outer diameter of 55mm, inner diameter of 30mm and width of 13mm. It has a static load capacity of 1346 Kgf with a dynamic load capability of 846 Kgf. This roller bearing uses 303 Stainless Steel balls with a bore hardness rating of HRC 35 to resist corrosion from water contact. This model has double rubber seals that ensure water resistance and helps keep dust away from the bearing surface.
The hardware tool is designed for use in applications that require high speeds and accurate positioning. The combination of a wide inner ring bore, narrow outside diameter and two or four raceways allows the seals to be fitted into the inner ring bore space. Each bearing is equipped with an anti-corrosion cage and precision ground balls that are capable of transferring high loads while resisting wear and retaining a long service life.
