The SM5071 Digital Function Generator is a high-performance oscillator that can produce output waveforms of sine, square, triangle and DC. The frequency has a range from 0.3 Hz to 3 MHz with a full five-digit readout on its 4-digit backlit LCD display. It comes with an internal sweep function as well as external FM modulation capability with TTL trigger output for setting precise frequency accuracy and stability. Its built-in frequency counter allows 10 Hz to 15 MHz measurements while its distortion factor is less than 0.5% (1 kHz).
