Features

Bed

Grinding Wheel Head

Regulation Wheel Head

The regulating wheel spindle is made of hardened and ground nickel chrome alloy steel. It runs in oil chamber on taper roller bearing or on bush as required. The upper slide can be precisely swiveled up to 3 in order to grid taper in indeed grinding and provide perfect contact between work pieces and grinding wheel in through feed grinding (upper slide swiveled Facility available at extra cost.)

Circulating

Motorized Circulating for the grinding wheel spindle for long life, circulating flow to the spindle is cleaned by an extra filter that located outside the machine provide at extra cost.

Truing Device

The truing device for both grinding wheel and regulating wheel are hydraulically operated, so that smooth evenly trued wheels can be obtained for efficient cutting action and highly uniform finished.
