It contains the active ingredient Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), an auxin that regulates cell division in plants to promote more uniform and larger leaf, enhanced fruit size and number per plant, increased boll weight, increased stalk strength and ultimately higher fiber yield. Lihocin is available in 15 – 20 ltrs plastic drum. The recommended dosage per hectare varies from 6 – 80 g ai/ha depending upon crop type and its growth stage. Higher dosages are recommended for young plants while lower dosages are recommended for mature plants.
