Crompton Submersible Pump Control Panel is a powerful unit designed to control submersible pumps with one horsepower. The panel has an ammeter and voltmeter that measure the current output and voltage input, respectively, while the second pair of terminals measure the relay output. It also features a high current alarm that can be used to stop high flow conditions of treated water through a well. This compact control panel with glowing buttons comes in 3VO & 4VO series and is only suitable for CODCP1-ZP series pumps.
This pump control panel uses a capacitor to provide starting power for the pump motor and an electromechanical relay to provide full power to the pump motor. It is designed to operate 3VO, and 4VO series pumps at a nominal voltage of 220 V. This panel features a DC power supply with a single phase 220 VAC three-wire connection and a relay contact capacity of 11 amps. It comes with a 6.5-11 amp relay range and is suitable for 3VO & 4VO Series. Its power range is 1 HP, ammeter range is 0-10 A, voltmeter range is 0-300 V, suitable start capacitor (mF) is NA, suitable run capacitor (mF) 36.
