Dulux Aquatech Flexible Waterproof Basecoat is a waterborne, solvent-free primer/surfacer designed for use on all interior surfaces, including new plaster and concrete. It can also be used over existing Dulux coatings, including Dulux Acrylic or Protective Coatings. It can be used on plasterboard, metal, timber and gyprock walls. This base coat helps to create a durable, long lasting finish on bare wood, metal and most interior surfaces. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, this Dulux Aquatech is easy to apply with a brush or spray and dries in 8 hours at room temperature. 

This product goes on smoothly with minimal brush marks and dries quickly to an outstanding finish that can be recoated within hours. Designed to be tough and durable, it is perfect for creating a water-repellent finish on walls, concrete and other porous materials. Its hydrophilic nature also allows water to be wicked away from the surface and stops moisture from penetrating the substrate allowing for longer periods of colour retention.
