Mccoy MGPW is a high performance silicone sealant. It has been specifically formulated to provide excellent adhesion in various applications. It is self levelling and fast curing. It can be used in cold conditions where more viscous products may cause tracking. Excellent UV light resistance allows this product to be used on external surfaces exposed to the elements. The product is ideal for use in concrete, brick and block work, roofing applications and a variety of other applications where a high performance sealant is required.

They can be used for sealing joints and seams on plumbing, windows, doors and other building materials. It's designed to seal joints and crack on various surfaces like metal oxidization, concrete spalling or cracks, glazing rust and paint film etc. It is suitable for securing tiles, grouting and sealing around showers, baths and basins. This product has a narrow spreadability range because its consistency is at the optimum viscosity for easy application.
