Made with high-tech acrylic resins, Dr. Fixit 10 Litre Prime Seal Acrylic Coating is a self-levelling and primer sealing/coating that can be used for interior and exterior applications of concrete, and cement sand renderings and asbestos sheets. It features a highly durable film with enhanced flexibility, cracks bridging ability and waterproofing properties. This product also helps to protect the substrate surface from dampness, dust, dirt and other pollutants.
Prime Seal is a fast-drying, water-repellent primer sealer that provides a tough, durable and breathable finish. Prime Seal is developed to be used on all types of exterior masonry surfaces, concrete, cement sand renderings and asbestos sheets. It can also be used as a top coat for a variety of paints.
It resists grease, oil and most solvents and provides a perfect seal against moisture, vapours, moulds and mildew. Formulated for easy application with low odour, it dries quickly to form a clear durable film which is very easy to clean with soap and water.
Also acts as a barrier against the effects of ageing, sun damage and moisture penetration while maintaining the colour and appearance of the substrate.
