Steel bucket and powder coated finish makes it perfect for rugged use. B K Jagan & CO 5000 Psi Pneumatic Grease Dispenser is a machine which is used to pump grease into the machine parts. This is an effective product which ensures easy lubrication of machines and provides longer durability. Its construction involves an advanced hydraulic system that controls the flow of grease. The dispenser also offers sturdy construction for long-term use, even in hard work environments. It has a sturdy design which does not break or crack under pressure, provides high pressure delivery rate, low maintenance and auto shut off functions.A pneumatic tubular pump, with an air valve to control the pressure. The pump pre-compressed air from the tank to the lubrication circuit by mechanical or pneumatic transmission, which has many advantages in comparison with other pumps: no power is needed, no pollution and noise The grease pump is designed to simplify your manual grease application processes and eliminate the cost associated with installing an automated grease system. The grease pump has a maximum pressure of 5000 psi and a delivery rate of 5 gms/stroke. It also has a manual grease gun, two flex hoses (10 feet each) with couplers, and a type 1 cartridge filter that keeps the unit running smoothly with minimal maintenance.
