Meanwell 960 W Power Supply with Single Output RSP-1000-24

The Meanwell RSP-1000-24 is an AC to DC power supply that provides a single output of 1000 W. The power supply is enclosed in a metal case with an aluminum front panel. It has two screw terminal blocks on the back panel for voltage input and output connections.
The Meanwell RSP-1000-24 uses a PFC (power factor corrected) switching power supply circuit with a built-in active PFC function and high efficiency up to 94%. The power supply is equipped with short circuit, over load, over voltage, over temperature, and open windings protection. The Meanwell RSP-1000-24 meets the requirements of IEC61000-3-2, UL60950, CSA C22.2 NO.60950 and EN61347-1.
If you need to power a lot of LEDs or other electronics, one way to do so is by using a Meanwell power supply. This is a type of unregulated power supply that can provide a steady stream of electrical power at a specific voltage and amperage. The RSP-1000-24 is one model from the Power Supply Series from Meanwell; it provides a continuous 24 volts of DC energy at 1000 watts. It's ideal for powering LED panel lights, for instance, in contrast to AC-based stage lighting power supplies that might be less powerful.
In addition to the ratings, there are two important things to consider about the RSP-1000-24: what kind of cables it provides and how it handles regulation. The first thing you'll notice is that it offers an input cable option; this allows you to plug in your own cable if you don't want the one provided with this particular model (which has an IEC C14 connector). The second thing is that it also has an internal voltage adjustment, which lets you control the output voltage as well as the current by turning potentiometers based on specific instructions given by Meanwell engineers.
