The Solar Off-Grid MPPT PCU is designed for off-grid applications. It can operate various loads, including lights, pumps, fans and refrigerators. Its intelligent electronic design allows it to operate with the most standard lead acid batteries. The PCU will charge any battery from flooded, sealed or Lithium-Ion batteries. The Solar Off-Grid MPPT PCU is ideal for use in remote locations such as buildings, houses and cabins without grid power or diesel generators. The PCU can charge the house or cabin batteries using solar panels and provide power to the building by running appliances directly from the battery bank or through an inverter when needed. The Solar Off-Grid MPPT PCU can be used with solar panels to generate electricity to charge the batteries during the day and then provide power at night while running on stored energy from the battery bank. This type of system can be very cost-effective as it does not require any other power source except for free sunlight. As per the user preferences, it has three modes: Smart Mode (PCU gives priority to solar, second priority to the grid and third priority to the batteries in smart mode). Recommended in Semi-Urban Areas, where power cut is between 2-3 hours. PCU Mode (PCU gives priority to solar, second priority to the batteries and third priority to the grid in PCU mode). Recommended in Urban Area, where power cut is less than 2 hours. Hybrid Mode (In this mode, PCU works well with solar and batteries. Grid charging only takes place when solar power is insufficient to charge the batteries). Recommended in Rural Area, where power cut is more than 3 hours.

The Nexus 2KVA 24V PWM PCU is a high-quality power card with an inbuilt solar charge controller of 50A for maximum utilization of solar power. The solar charge controller has a smart algorithm to prioritise the solar input for charging and running the load. The Nexus 2KVA 24V PWM PCU has two sources of charging grid and solar power. The Power Card provides an intelligent selection of battery boost voltage to avoid unnecessary battery heating during charging. It also intelligently selects battery low shutdown for longer backup according to load conditions. All selection switches are on the front side, with no switch on the backside. The Nexus 2KVA 24V PWM PCU has storage of solar power consumed from the installation day. It also has CC & CV mode for every 0.1V increment of battery voltage. Nexus 2KVA 24V PWM PCU is a pure sine wave inverter with double-stage MOSFET over current protection at priority, a thermal trip with auto recovery, and upgradeable to IOT functioning. The power inverter has maximum usage of solar power to minimize the electricity bill and be eco-friendly. The maximum output current is 2kW, and the rated input voltage is 24Vdc. The Nexus 2KVA 24V PWM PCU features a built-in LCD display that shows maximum and useful parameters on your screen according to the customer's needs. You can use it as a stand-alone device or connect it to other devices, such as solar panels or wind turbines, through the DC input terminal and DC output terminal, allowing you to monitor your entire system's status at one glance.
