Sikaflex 502 is an extremely strong, gap-filling sealant that provides a permanently flexible and waterproof seal for a variety of composites and surfaces. The highly versatile product can be used to seal gaps in wood, glass, and plastic as well as on metal and stone surfaces. Sikaflex 502 is a two-component, polysulphide rubber sealant. The product cures initially by a reaction between the isocyanate and sulfur-containing crosslinking agent. A hard elastomeric polymer network forms as the urethane crosslinker reacts with the isocyanate groups. Cured product has good resistance to high temperatures, oils, and most chemicals used in car care including petrol/gasoline and brake fluid. Sikaflex 502 is a professional white/black formula with an easy-to-use one-component tube application. This sealant is resistant to loads and resistant to weathering and UV rays. The Sikaflex 502 is designed for all types of cementitious substrates, including masonry, concrete, structural steel and metal sections. Sikaflex 502 is a one-part sealant that cures by itself to form a flexible, elastic and waterproof bond. Can be used on all the materials like metal, wood, plastic, and even glass. Although it can be used in extreme weather conditions - humidity, cold, etc. but ensure that the surfaces are properly cleaned before application. Sikaflex 502 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive sealant. The two-part system combines polyurethane resin and polyester filler which reacts with water or solvent to form a rubbery elastic cure. It can be applied in either cold or warm temperatures, as it will set at room temperature.

Sikaflex 265 is a black coloured general purpose sealant in a 600 ml twin pack. It provides a high-strength, weather-resistant seal that can be used to fill gaps, joints, and cracks to provide an excellent water-tight seal. Sikaflex 265 is a two-component, polyurethane-based sealant with exceptional adhesive and cohesive qualities. Sikaflex 265 cures to form an extremely durable sealant that resists impact and abrasion. It is ideal for use as an adhesive or sealant when bonding a wide variety of substrates such as plastics, metals, concrete, and stone. Sikaflex 265 is a very versatile, gap-filling sealant for all polyurethane foams and single-component polyurethane foams. Sikacryl 265 is also suitable for bulkheads, floors and walls in boats, etc. Wherever a flexible and elastic sealant with good adhesion to polyurethane foams is needed. The product cures slowly with the help of catalysts which are in the adhesive and the substrate by heating at room temperature. Sikaflex 265 is a penetrating sealant with excellent bond strength to most building materials and substrates. It offers outstanding protection against water and moisture penetration. Sikaflex 265 provides high flexibility to the cured joint as well as resistance to impacts, temperatures up to 90°C for short time periods, and very low temperatures (down to −40°C). The product can be used in indoor and outdoor applications where there are changes in relative humidity during the year (summer condensation) or there is a risk of mechanical impact.
