Flow Indicator Totaliser UT-1201 is compact and easy to use, designed for monitoring the continuous flow rate and total flow. The flow rate along with engineering units is displayed on the upper line of LCD/LED display and the totalised flow is displayed on 8/10 digits on the second line. The microcontroller based design makes it more flexible and powerful compared to conventional flow totaliser. The unit is suitable for use with any flow transmitter giving pulse or analog current output. The display has floating decimal point position, which is programmable from the front panel. The unit has inbuilt relay outputs for Flow rate and Totaliser of alarm or control application. Unitech flow totaliser are available for liquid and gas duties and are available as field/ wall mounting or alternatively in an explosion proof housing to the latest international standards and will work with orifice any type of flowmeter. Options include pulse and/or 4-20mA retransmission or communications outputs to printers or SCADA control systems. Feature Accepts Universal inputs – 4-20 mA or 0-10 V or pulse (3 & 2 wire) input type. Non-volatile memory to retain totaliser flow, no need to battery change. Potential Free Relay contact output 2 x Flow and 2 x Totaliser. Liner or Square root input selections with 0.1% Accuracy. Isolated 0/4-20mA retransmission output proportional to standard own rate. Field operated user friendly menu for device configurations & calibration. 8/10 digit Flow Totaliser with password protected resetting. Fully password protection for Tamper free operation. Isolated Highly communicative serial interface facility (RS 232/485). 24 V loop power supply for Flow Transmitter. Optional GSM mobile connectivity for wireless remote reading purpose. Flow Metering computer software Available. Weather proof or flame proof housing. Applications : Remote Pipeline Measurement. Chemical Batching in. Hazardous Areas. Tank Farm Level Monitoring.
