This Mini-Fit Junior PCB header has fully insulated terminals to protect against debris, arcing, and accidental damage. This connector housing is also scoop proof to prevent damage to the pin terminals if the angle of mating is not optimal. This board header housing is polarized and keyed to prevent misalignment and mismating with the receptacle. A positive locking mechanism provides a secure connection with the mating receptacle and prevents unintentional disengagement due to excessive shock or vibration. An audible click indicates the connector is fully mated. For a secure connection to your board, this Mini-Fit Junior board header is available with plastic snap-in board peg locks. A type with a board mounting flange is also available. These Mini-Fit Junior 4.2 mmPCB headers are available in UL94V-0 or UL94V-2 housing material and a variety of contact configurations and contact plating. Features and Benefits.
