TE Connectivity MQS Micro Quad Lock System Connector Housing. The MQS 2.54 mm interconnect system provides high density connectors with a compact and rugged construction that meets the high functional requirements of automotive applications. This MQS pin and receptacle housing are used to accommodate MQS contacts. This MQS housing is available in a hybrid type designed to accommodate multiple contact type combinations. The contact's stainless steel locking lance provides a high primary terminal locking force that holds the contact securely in the connector housing. A shield type of this housing is available for waterproof protection, and additional wire seals can be purchased separately. This MQS connector housing is available with a polarity / keying option to prevent mismating. Some of these connector housings have additional accessories including covers, levers and retainer housings. Features and benefits.
