Specifications |
This device has a rear interface for a DIN rail connector T-bus. Through this T-bus interface, the extension devices PSR-URM4-B (no delay contact) and PSR-URD (dropout delay contact) can be controlled and monitored with one channel. Together they form a T-bus unit and the feedback path must be connected to the last (right) expansion device (check data sheet for details) or connected using connection plug PSR-TBUS-TP there is. Multi-purpose modular system PSR series. PSR safety relays from PhoenixContacts can be assembled quickly and reliably to create a customized safety solution. To use and connect the T bus correctly, one PSR-TBUS is required for each module. For the last additional module, use one PSR-TBUS-TP instead and close the feedback loop. The interface module is used to screw safety sensors with up to four NC / NO contacts to the safety relay PSR-SDC4. Features and Benefits Scalable system with up to 10 modules, safety system with up to 42 contacts available Automatic identification of required operating modes, no need to set switches or define parameters Master relay (PSR-SDC) base for monitoring emergency stop, guard door (interlock or non-contact) and optical device (light curtain, etc.). Safety cross-wiring on the T bus provides redundancy for cross-wiring wires for normal supply voltage, enable signals, and confirmation paths. Simplifies commissioning and future expansion Maintains safety category 2 or 4 depending on supply voltage 24Vdc semiconductor output wiring Uses one or two channel switches for control |
