Panasonic Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet (PGS) Type EYG. Panasonic PGS thermal graphite sheet is a highly oriented graphite polymer film, made from an extremely thin synthetic material, specifically engineered for thermal management/heat sink applications. PGS graphite sheet is particularly well-suited for use in space-constrained applications or for expanding heat dissipation capabilities within an existing area. Panasonic PGS thermal graphite sheet offers excellent thermal conductivity (2-4 times that of copper), flexibility (repeated bending), and the ability to be cut to any desired shape. Typical applications include mobile phones, DVCs, DSCs, PCs and their peripherals, pickups, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and optical communication equipment. Features: PGS has high thermal conductivity, is energy-efficient (no electricity required), and environmentally friendly (pure carbon). It is lightweight, easy to bend, and can be quickly cut to custom shapes. Ideal for applications in small portable devices with limited ventilation space. PGS material remains stable at temperatures up to approximately 500°C and also provides electromagnetic shielding. |
