Panasonic Soft-PGS compressible graphite sheet, type EYGS. Panasonic Soft-PGS (compressible type) is a graphite sheet dedicated to thermal interface materials. Soft-PGS (compression type) has higher compressibility than standard PGS, so it can reduce the thermal resistance due to target / substrate gap, warpage and distortion. Soft-PGS offers excellent thermal resistance and reliability, which increases the service life and reliability of various components such as power modules. Using Soft-PGS (compression type) can save costs and shorten existing processes. Because it is a sheet type product, unlike grease, no printing process is required.
