IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4. SMT Transient Suppressor - EZJZ Series. Panasonic EZJZ multilayer varistors are made of high-performance semiconducting ceramic and provide excellent ESD suppression. This bipolar (non-polar) multilayer varistor can replace one capacitor and two Zener diodes. Features include ultra-low capacitance, high electrostatic resistance meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standards, lead-free terminal electrodes for excellent solderability, but wave soldering should be avoided. Two arrays accommodate multiple lines. Multilayer structure. Applications: This varistor is suitable for high-speed signal lines and ESD suppression. Ideal applications include HDMI high-speed data buses and USB 2.0/IEEE1394 interfaces. |
