It gives an excellent base for all subsequent Dulux exterior products, including decorative paints and stains. This great value house paint will get the exterior primed and ready to be painted. It's perfect for painting new wood, brick, concrete or steel - both inside and outside. The matte finish will help to protect against rain, frost, sunlight and salt spray. It is a matte finish waterborne breathable, stain resistant and chalking resistant exterior coating which provides exceptional adhesion for all Dulux products on new and re-coated concrete or brickwork. Designed for use on fibrous plasterboard and all types of masonry, this high-penetrating formula will give the walls a smooth, uniform base coat for the chosen finish.
