As for work surface preparation, you should make sure that the area is clean and free of dust and dirt before applying it to the wall; otherwise, you would need to sand down the surface before applying it again.
Dulux Water Based Cement Primer is a water based primer, suitable for use on plastered masonry, POP, puttied, limed or pre-painted wall surfaces. It is suitable for priming both new and previously primed surfaces. The primer can be applied using a brush or roller, but always roll when using a large surface area because brushing can lead to uneven application. The primer dries evenly with no dry-time issues; however, it may be best to wait up to 48 hours after application before applying paint.
