The TRUBUILD ROOFTECT PRO is a polymer modified bitumen based product with selected synthetic fibers which are used as reinforcement in the membrane coating. The membranes are manufactured by hot pressing method at high temperature. It complies to ASTM D 412:2016, ASTM D 471-16A, EN 1062-7:2004, DIN EN 1062-6:2002, ASTM D4587:11, ASTM D4541:2017, ASTM E 1980-19, EN 12898:2019, EN 673:2011 & EN 410:2011. How to Use Surface Preparation Trubuild ROOFTECT PRO is a two component, polymer modified, waterproofing mortar, which is developed for roof repair and restoration. It has excellent adhesion properties and is resistant to high temperature. It can be used on any type of substrate including concrete, mortar or brick. The product can be applied on old roofs as well as new roofs. It can be used in areas where the surface has been damaged due to water leakage or any other reason. Trubuild ROOFTECT PRO also has an outstanding ability to withstand impact of high temperature and thus it is suitable for both hot and cold climates. Application Before application of Trubuild Rooftect PRO a self-Primer coat (33% water dilution by weight) on the substrate should be applied. During self-priming it is to be ensured that the substrate to be in Saturated Dry Condition (SSD). The coverage of primer coat will be approx.8-10 sqmtr per ltr depending upon the substrate condition, allow it to dry minimum for 4-6hr. If the substrate is smooth or need to have more bond strength then, as a primer use Trubuild Primesure Premium can be recommended as expert solution with coverage of 120-150sqft/ ltr/coat without dilution by brush. Trubuild WRP 777 is silane based non-flammable water soluble solution designed to incorporate water repellence to varied surface like sand stone, marble, concrete, exposed bricks and terracotta tiles. It is used for water proofing of most of the construction surfaces as it penetrates deeply in the surface and provides excellent water repellence without changing appearance/colour of substrate. This product is manufactured utilizing advanced technology based on organosilane chemistry. Applications Trubuild WRP 777 is a versatile penetrating sealer for sandstone, concrete, and marble surfaces. The product can be used on any porous substrate. When applied to sandstone, it forms an even film that adheres well to the stone surface and protects from moisture penetration, as well as from salt and other corrosive elements in the air. When applied to concrete and marble surfaces, it forms a protective barrier against moisture penetration and chemical attack. Advantages Trubuild WRP 777 is a one-component, self-levelling, breathable, translucent resin. It is supplied ready to use in the cartridge. It has excellent penetration and is highly elastic. It is recommended for use as a brushable anti-fungal coating for masonry surfaces or wet areas such as swimming pools and spas. Trubuild WRP 777 has excellent resistance to salts, detergents and chemicals. TRUBUILD WALLTECT TOPCOAT is a high grade Acrylic base single component elastomeric durable waterproof exterior coating, which is made with selected and graded fine fillers, with biocides additive for exterior wall. It has excellent flexibility, breathability, water resistance, crackbridging, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of microorganisms. It complies standards / Method-ASTM D 412:2016, ASTM D 1653, ASTM D 471, EN 1062-7, EN 12390-8:2019, ASTM D4587:11, ASTM D4541:2017, ASTM E 1980-19, EN 12898:2019, EN 673:2011, EN 410:2011 & ASTM G21:2015. The walltect topcoat can be applied directly over existing coatings such as paint, primer or plasterboard in order to provide an extremely durable surface. The walltect topcoat has been specially designed for application on internal walls and ceilings. It can be applied to new or existing structures such as concrete block walls, masonry or brickwork. The product also makes an excellent choice for external claddings such as concrete blocks or bricks. The walltect topcoat should be used in conjunction with the Trubuild BWP 222/Trubuild WPL 333 Polymer modified mortar. This mortar is required for filling cracks up to 5mm wide before applying the walltect topcoat coating system. Storage TRUBUILD WALLTECT TOPCOAT is an alkali-resistant topcoat for application on non-reactive surfaces. The product is designed for protection of concrete and reinforced concrete in exterior environments. For new construction remove all loose unsound materials, grease, oils etc must be removed completely by help of sand papers or pressurised water blasting. Fill all the existing cracks up to 5 mm by making “V” groove and then filling it with Trubuild crack filler paste (CFP 425). For cracks larger than 5mm use Polymer modified mortar making with Trubuild WPL 333/Trubuild BWP 222 For old structure remove the loose unsound materials, oil, dirt, debris, existing paint, waterproof coatings or any type of other surface contaminations from the substrates. Use Trubuild Primesure primer in 2:1 (50% dilution with water) chemical to water ratio by weight, mix it well till we get homogeneous mixture using Low RPM paddle mixture. Before applying primer use air blower (Don’t use Hot air blower) to remove the dust present on surface, if any. The coverage of primer coat will be approx. 8-10sqmtr per ltr per coat, depending upon the substrate condition and apply all over the wall. After drying of Primer coat around 6-8 hours apply one coat of Trubuild walltect Basecoat horizontally without any dilution at the thickness of 120-130 micron for 3.5-4 sq mtr per ltr. Allow the coat to dry for min. 6-8 hours before proceeding further with waterproofing layer

Trubuild APC-225 (Acrylic Polymer Coating) is an acrylic polymer-based coating which is used in conjugation with cement as a coating for waterproofing and bonding application.Trubuild APC-225 is used for the protection of concrete surfaces, especially against soil and moisture ingress. It can be applied on concrete floors, walls and roofs. Applications Trubuild APC-225 is used as protective coating for concrete structures like sunken portion, toilets, balcony, chajja, basement, terrace, and concrete repairs. It can be used for water retaining structures & general concrete repairs. It can be used for Protection of concrete against corrosion, salt attack etc. Trubuild APC-225 is a 2 component epoxy based product which cures at room temperature to form a tough flexible film. The product offers excellent adhesion to all kinds of substrates including most metals and glass. It is resistant to strong acids, alkalis and most organic solvents. Trubuild APC- 225 has excellent electrical insulation properties because of its low electrical conductivity which makes it a perfect choice for underground work and other electrical applications like insulating cables & wires etc Advantages TRUBUILD APC-225 is a one component, acrylic modified, thixotropic waterproofing coating. It is formulated using high quality inorganic fillers and a proprietary polymer to create a self leveling, very low viscosity coating that can be applied directly over concrete, masonry or metal surfaces. How to use Surface Preparation The surface should be clean and dried before application. It should be free from dust, unsound material, loose plaster, oil, paint, grease, algae and corrosion deposits. Fill all the cracks up to 5 mm by Trubuild CFP 425 and above by making PMM using Trubuild WPL 333. Apply the primer coat with a brush or roller in one direction. Apply the second coat with a brush or roller in opposite direction. The surface must be completely dry for further application of top coat with a brush or roller. Waterproofing Coating For the application of Trubuild APC-225 coating on concrete slabs, it is recommended that the surface should be cleaned thoroughly with a high pressure water jetting machine prior to application of first coat. Apply first coat of Trubuild APC-225 coating on concrete surface by using a paint brush or roller at an even rate of 1:2 ratio of Trubuild APC-225 and cement. Make sure that the mixture is free from lumps, sand or any foreign matter. After application of first coat, allow the system to air cure for 5 - 6 hours before applying second coat of Trubuild APC-225 coating. After application of 2nd coat, allow system to air cure for 5 - 6 hours before moist curing by sprinkling /spraying potable water over the surface for 24 hours followed by air curing for 3 - 5 days before covering it with screed and there after lay protective screed to avoid mechanical damage. Coverage: 1.125kg mix/m²/2coats Render & Mortars Trubuild APC-225 is a cement based product and can be used to repair crack in masonry and concrete structures. It is made of high performance polymer modified cement which improves the strength, durability and adhesion of the repair mortar.
