This is a very good quality arrestor, which can be used for fitting on the regulator torch outlet. It prevents the flashback of gas from occurring, as it has a very high efficiency rate. The flash back arrestor is used to prevent backflow of gas into the regulator in case of flashback, and it will help you to avoid injury or death due to explosion. The material of this flash back arrestor is stainless steel and it has a gauge of acetylene / propane / LPG inlet pressure of 8 bar (43 psi). This flash back arrestor conforms to IS 11006 standard. Features: It is used for fitting on the Regulator torch outlet. It is made up of stainless steel and brass material for long life and rust-free performance. It has check valve to prevent back flow of gas during interruption in supply. It has double spring loaded design for easy installation and removal. Easy installation and removal with hexagon wrench no need any tool to remove it from regulator connection point.

The Flash Back Arrestors are designed to protect the regulator from flashback of acetylene, propane and LPG. The F.B. Arrestor is a device which is fitted in line between the regulator and torch and it stops the reverse flow of gas into the cylinder if there is an over-pressure condition which may arise due to blockage of burner or flashback from the flame. The flash back arrestor consists of a cup with a hole at one end to fit over the regulator outlet nipple, a flange on the other end which seats against an O ring in the valve and a spring loaded ball bearing which closes off the hole when there is no pressure in the line and opens it when there is pressure in the line. It has a solid brass body and a stainless steel screen, which makes it durable and long lasting. This flash back arrestor can be used with different torches that have an inlet pressure of 10 bar (150 psi).
