The KUSAM-MECO Digital Moisture Meter is a portable moisture meter that measures the moisture levels of various materials including soil, concrete, and wood. When used in conjunction with a RHT5001 Handheld Thermometer, the KUSAM-MECO can measure both moisture and temperature to provide you with a complete evaluation of your construction site. The KUSAM-MECO is easy to operate—you simply need to hold it against the material you're testing, then push its single button. A LCD screen will display the current moisture level in percent (%) as well as an icon for whether the unit is measuring moisture or temperature.
The meter has a temperature range of -37 degrees Fahrenheit to 176 degrees Fahrenheit (–38 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius) and can be operated for up to 30 minutes without needing to be turned off or recalibrated. An auto-off function will shut the device off after no activity has been detected for 15 minutes.
