The GC A liquid filler is designed for manual and semi-automatic filling of liquids, such as wine and spirits, from height-regulated storage tanks. The system is equipped with an integrated pump with pressure regulation and a three-way filter system to ensure a clean product. Suitable for use in combination with external pumps or manual filling tanks. This is a single head liquid filler for cartridges and capsules with a capacity of 10-100 ml. The power supplied to this filler is from 220 V, making it ideal for use at home or in a pharmacy or medical office. GC A is used to fill liquids into containers. The filling precision of this filler is as high as 0.05%, which is determined by internal pressure condition, filling volume, verticality index and pressure value. Glass containers are filled with alcohol, wine and so on; plastic bottles are filled with vitamin solutions and so on. Quat Liquid Filler is designed for filling of liquids in each containers. Liquid filler works under pressure of nitrogen, argon or air through the filling head at a pressure above 0.2 MPa. The liquid is fed by gravity flow into the package through a tube and then fills the package slowly, uniformly and without distortion.
