This ensures that the fold or seal is properly aligned, reducing waste and improving efficiency. Movable guides on both sides of the sealing tape ensure optimal sealing. The DQL 5546 is a fully automatic L sealer with kissing device. The film size ranges from L300 to L1000 and the max. speed is 50 packs/min. The machine features a double stiching function for sealing bag edges that ensures complete sealing between two layers of the bag. It accepts center-folded polyolefin (POF) films; We recommend our PE 3/10, 2/8 and 2/6 films for this machine.
