The CN-A Series, 30W to 200W, 24Vdc Input, Isolated DC-DC Converters for Railway Applications, are available in compact quarter-brick and half-brick designs (CN30A to 100A: 36.8 x 12.7 x 57.9mm, CN200A: 61 x 12.7 x 57.9mm) that save board space, offer a wide input voltage range of 60 to 160Vdc, and are fully regulated. This series of converters complies with various railway standards and is designed to withstand harsh environments, meeting the shock and vibration requirements of IEC61373 Category 1, Class B. The baseplate is cooled to provide true usable power from -40 to +100°C without derating, with a maximum efficiency of 88% and a usable maximum output current of up to 4.2 A. Typical applications include battery-powered railway systems, including on-board, stationary, power plants and customer power supplies.
