AVX 0603 MLCC Series. X7R formulations are called "temperature stabilized" ceramics and are classified as EIA Class II materials. COG (NPO) is the most common "temperature compensated" EIA Class I ceramic material. The temperature fluctuation of the monolithic ceramic capacitor is within ±15% at -55 → +125 °C. Capacitor fluctuation is non-linear The capacitance of X7R changes due to the influence of electrical operating conditions such as voltage and frequency. AVX high voltage chips have the advantages of high class, low leakage and small size. Applications for this product include snubbers in high frequency power converters, SMPS and resonators in high voltage coupling/DC blocking.
