Lead-free low-profile chip capacitors. Low impedance and low ESR at high frequencies. High ripple current performance. Long life: 2,000 hours at 105°C. Excellent noise absorption characteristics. POSCAP uses sintered tantalum for the anode system and a highly conductive polymer made using Panasonic's proprietary method for the cathode system. This has enabled POSCAP to be made thinner and smaller, while also achieving excellent high-frequency characteristics with low ESR (equivalent series resistance). These features make POSCAP one of the most recommended products for digital/high-frequency applications. POSCAP also boasts high reliability and thermal resistance.
