Agaram EC900 0-2000Microns DFT Meter is used for testing the particle size of solid, powder and granular materials. It is also used for testing the particle size of aqueous solutions (with or without silica or other colloidal materials). It can perform zero measurement, count measurement, and weight measurement. Agaram EC900 0-2000Microns DFT Meter is featured by compact design, easy operation, high accuracy, high precision, and high stability. It is a handheld, battery-operated instrument that measures the airborne particle size distribution in the range of 0.3 to 2 microns. It samples and displays data in three different modes: total particulate matter, PM10, and PM2.5. It also comes with a built-in laser pointer for precise measurements, a carry case for easy transport, and can be charged by USB. It displays the frequency distribution of particles in the size range set by the user on the LCD screen with total number of particles counted at each particle diameter level plotted as a function of particle diameter. This feature enables users to easily identify particles above specific sizes based on the shape of their peaks on the graph. The laser pointer can be adjusted to shine straight ahead or at an angle, allowing for easy alignment with particles.
