Mean Well RSP-500 Series 500 W AC-DC Enclosed Switch-Mode Power Supply. The Mean Well RSP-500 series is a 500 W AC/DC low-profile, single-output, enclosed switching power supply. The RSP-500 uses the latest high-performance circuit topology, resulting in PFC functionality and operation with up to 90.5% efficiency. This enclosed power supply can be cooled with an internal, long-life DC fan in ambient temperatures from -30°C to +50°C, and can be cooled up to +70°C with optimal load derating. The RSP-500 features remote on/off control and short-circuit, overtemperature, overvoltage, and thermal protection. This AC/DC power supply meets international safety certifications, including UL, CUL, TUV, CB, FCC, and CE regulations. Applications: General industrial control systems, mechanical/electrical industries, machinery, LED displays, or any system requiring a low profile installation. 40.5mm low profile design, ideal for 1U installation. Universal AC input range: 85 to 264V. Built-in active PFC function. High efficiency up to 90.5%. Forced air cooling by built-in DC fan with fan speed on/off control. Operating temperature range: -30 to +70°C. Protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overheating. Remote on/off control and detection function. Power on LED indicator. |
