The Zoloto 200 mm Butterfly Valve with Wafer is available in various materials and lining designs to meet your industry-specific needs. This valve is used to control flow through pipelines by simply rotating the lever handle. The butterfly valve includes integrally moulded rubber lining (EPDM / Nitrile / Neoprene* / Viton* / Silicon*) as per requirement, which provides seating to the valve disc as a primary seal to the stem and gasket joint with matching pipe flanges. Two Piece Stem design is precisely guided between the PTFE / Bronze bushes for easy replacement if required. This check valve also comes with lever operated type.

A precise surface finish ensures accurate seating and tightness of the disc and stems jointly through a sealing ring. An integrated, precision-moulded rubber lining per project requirements provides an effective seal between the stem and pipe flange joints. The stems, disc and gasket joint are precision machined from high-quality materials like Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper etc., depending on the application needs. The valve body for Butterfly Valves is designed for heavy-duty operation in the most critical applications. The valve body is made of carefully selected cast iron material and critically examined for strength and dimension accuracy. All the joints are pressure tested before final assembly.
