With a high resistance to wear and tear and low friction loss, this range of swing check valves can be used for hydrostatic and dynamic applications. These valves are suitable for use in low/medium pressure, oil/gas and water applications. The swing check valve is a three-way valve designed to control flow in pipelines. It has a hollow shaft with spring-loaded pneumatic disk operated by a lever handle. The disk moves out of its seat against the springs, allowing fluid to flow. Turning the handle turns the disk against the spring pressure and shuts off flow. A special design feature allows the operator to turn the handle upside down as well as sideways without damaging it.
