POWERWASH Heavy Duty Release Silicon Multipurpose Spray (500 ml) For Plastic, Metal, Rubber
- Silicon Spray is a spray-on coating that can be applied to most surfaces to protect against corrosion, oxidation and wear. Silicon spray is a non-toxic product and will not damage paint or plastic. It is water based and contains no solvents that can cause skin irritation.
- Silicon Spray may be applied to metal surfaces such as aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper and mild steel. It will not harm painted or polished surfaces but should be removed from wood before applying any other coatings.
- Silicon Spray can be used on plastics such as polythene, PVC, Teflon and rubber. In addition it can be used on glass to prevent misting up inside windows and windscreens. The product should be applied sparingly so as not to leave an oily film on the surface but enough so that it can be seen when wiped over with a cloth rag or paper towel.
- Silicon Spray is a high performance lubricant that is used on plastic moulds to reduce friction, prevent sticking and aid release.
- Silicon Spray is an economical and versatile product that provides superior lubrication for all plastic injection moulding processes. It works by reducing flow friction assuring full shots, quick to apply without need of frequent use, saves press time. Silicon Spray can also be used in conjunction with our other release agents such as Graphite Release Agent and Nano Release Agent.
- Silicon Spray can be applied using conventional spray equipment or using our spray gun if you have access to one. It does not require any mixing or dilution before it is applied to the mould cavity walls.
