Symphony Touch Series Air Cooler is a split-system air cooler: it has two parts, an outdoor unit, and an indoor unit, which are connected together with pipes and ductwork. The outdoor unit can be placed in the yard or balcony of your home. The indoor unit is usually placed near an open window or on a balcony. The outdoor unit provides the cooling system's heating and cooling functions. Its compressor compresses refrigerants that are then sent to the indoor unit, where they're cooled by a fan coil and then circulated throughout your home via the ductwork. Air coolers work best in dry weather conditions. They provide relief from the heat but don't provide any moisture as a dehumidifier does. If you live in an area with high humidity or want to use the cooler during the monsoon season, you'll need to pair it with a dehumidifier to get both heating and cooling functions at once. If you don't want to go through all of that hassle, there are other solutions: central air conditioning, fans, or even just opening windows throughout your home.
