The Wika A-10 Pressure Transmitter is a compact, portable, high-accuracy pressure transmitter that offers excellent application flexibility. This compact and low-weight transmitter measures differential pressures from 0 to 6 bar (70 psi) and includes a Piezo sensor for measuring absolute pressures up to 10 bar (1,400 psi). The proven engineering of this model provides an optimum level of performance at an affordable price with exceptional reliability." It has a 2 wire digital output and can be used as a single-point controller or as a slave sensor with multiple A-series pressure transmitters. The A-10 series offers high accuracy within a broad pressure range with good linearity and repeatability.
It has a solid NEMA4X enclosure rating and is rated for operating temperatures from -40 to 80ºC. The frequency of the output signal is 4 – 20 mA, depending on the model selected. The A-10 series has a plug-in connector (BSP(M)) and can be used as a standalone device or in conjunction with existing control systems via analogue inputs (0/20mA). Models are available for connection to process chambers up to 300 C, water and air/gas systems at temperatures of up to 40 C and pressures up to 6 bar g. All models comply with EN60079-0 (baseline), IEC60529 (Class 1), ATEX Zone 1G and ISO13850 standards, which are applicable when installed inside hazardous areas classified during installation in accordance with EN60079-0:2005+A1:2013.
