Berger Cement Primer Water Thinnable - Anti Alkali is a white primer specially formulated for the protection of walls, ceilings and other interior surfaces. It can be diluted with water according to the required finish leaving a matt finish. It is a water thinnable, anti alkali and white primed based on epoxy resin. This house paint is suitable for priming all types of cement based materials. When mixed with the color of choice, it can produce a wide variety of shades for accent walls. Featuring a 100% acrylic formulation, it can be tinted to match any colour palette. Its water thinnable property allows one to control the thickness of coating by diluting it with water. It provides a good bonding and mechanical adhesion to the substrate and has excellent adhesion to most types of cement coatings.
