Berger Walmasta Interior & Exterior Primer is a water-based, multi-purpose primer that produces low resin and minimal odor making it ideal for interior and exterior use. It helps in achieving smooth, uniform and crack free priming of surfaces.  It is a universal, all-purpose white lacquer primer. It can be used on almost any surface and offers excellent adhesion and coverage. It is a one component, non-sagging, hard wearing sealer which prepares substrates for priming or painting. It can be used on a variety of surfaces including wood, metal, concrete and plaster. It is used over uneven surfaces; it has a leveling effect and prevents paint from adhering to the surface. It can be applied in one coat for walls, ceilings and floors.  It has exceptional adhesion to varied substrates, has excellent hide and dries quickly.
